My client, a vibrant and expanding pre-school setting, is seeking a Level 2 Pre-School Assistant to join their team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping young minds through a nurturing, play-based learning environment. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Promoting the setting’s vision and values in every interaction with children and families.
  • Creating and maintaining a nurturing, stimulating environment indoors and outdoors.
  • Supporting children through the Early Years Foundation Stage with personalized plans.
  • Contributing to observations, record-keeping, and planning for individual development.
  • Working closely with a small, collaborative team to meet each child’s unique needs.
  • Ensuring all safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene policies are upheld.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification relevant to Early Years education.
  • Bring creativity and enthusiasm to engaging children in indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Have experience supporting children aged 2-5, including those with SEND or EAL.
  • Possess excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills to build positive relationships.
