Role as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
- Work alongside specialist teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Support children with additional needs to maximise their potential
- Create a positive learning environment
- Help manage classroom activities
- Work with children of all abilities in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
