They are looking for a motivated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their team and contribute to enhancing the learning experience for their students. Your ability to communicate as a Teaching Assistant and break down complex ideas will be key to ensuring students understand and engage with their lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver creative, engaging lessons.
- Support students with individual and group learning, helping them overcome challenges.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assist with classroom organisation, student management, and any additional administrative duties.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in a clear, accessible way.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting a dynamic classroom.
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them thrive academically and emotionally
