What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individual students, small groups, or whole class settings in achieving their potential.
- Preparing and organising learning resources, as directed by the teacher, and assisting pupils with their use.
- Helping implement behaviour management strategies and supporting pupil safety.
- Supervising and engaging with children during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors.
- Contributing to the organisation and delivery of learning activities, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT.
- Accompanying students and staff on visits and out-of-school activities as needed.
