Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for professional medical training, internal meetings, national events, and conferences.
  • Ensure all aspects of events are planned and executed with precision, professionalism, and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and materials for events.
  • Manage registrations, accommodations, and travel arrangements for event participants.
  • Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about events to participants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update event calendars and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and event documentation.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a training or events department.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
