We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of our dynamic company. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth management of the director’s schedule and the efficient handling of office operations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Organise and schedule both company and personal appointments for the Managing Director.
  • Respond proactively to daily emails and telephone calls, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Organise and manage both internal and external events, ranging from small meetings to large-scale corporate gatherings.
  • Handle the HR aspects of the organisation, liaising with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and arrange information for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready and stakeholders are informed.
  • Maintain correspondence with clients and other professionals to uphold and enhance business relationships.
  • Support the organisation of charity events, demonstrating the company’s commitment to social responsibility.
  • Prepare valuations and inventories as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all departments to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
  • Contribute proactively to various areas of the business, demonstrating versatility and a commitment to company goals.
  • Manage office supplies, including stationery and printed materials, liaising with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance and organisation.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the company, adapting to various tasks to support team needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software as required.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
