Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional mortgage advice, tailoring solutions to individual client needs.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and consultation.
- Utilise leads generated by the estate agency to identify and convert mortgage opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of mortgage products and industry regulations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements:
- A CeMAP qualification (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably within an estate agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market and mortgage trends
