Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing management accounts
- Overseeing month-end activities and reporting
- Conducting variance analysis and budget monitoring
- Supporting the wider business through effective business partnering
- Providing financial insight to drive strategic decisions for the organisation's social impact
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Strong experience in management accounts and business partnering
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data for non-financial stakeholders
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
