Package: £80,000 - c. £90,000 plus discretionary bonus and private medical

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of FP&A to join our finance management team. This pivotal role will shape the financial strategy and significantly contribute to the company's success. You will collaborate closely with the CFO, CEO, Group MD, and other Executive Team members, providing essential support in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, including business and revenue models.
Undertake P&L analysis and provide insights.
Foster strong relationships with senior team members.
Communicate financial forecasts and analyses to the senior team.
Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
Enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes and collaborate with the core finance team on variance reporting.
Manage vendors and contracts, negotiate terms, oversee renewals, and eliminate inefficiencies.
Partner with accounting and IT teams to improve systems and processes for accurate financial reporting.
Oversee the company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Present company budgets to the Executive team.
Perform financial modelling and stress testing.

Requirements:

Strong FP&A experience.
Strong leadership and management skills with a hands-on approach.
Extensive modelling experience and proficiency in Excel.
