About the role:

Autograph Recruitment are currently looking for a highly motivated and ambitious qualified/QBE accountant to join an accountancy practice with their head office in Swindon. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working within a UK practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Understand clients' needs, offering tailored advice and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Review and approve financial accounts, ensuring accuracy before client presentation.
  • Work with tax partners to address complex matters and provide high-level strategic advice.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand the firm's services.
  • Provide proactive advice on financial management, tax planning, and business strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, QBE
  • A solid background in general practice, accounting, and finance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
