Overview:

Our client are seeking an Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team in Swindon. The role involves assisting the Partners and Manager in delivering statutory audit and accounts preparation services, with a focus on the Charity/Not-for-Profit and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver audit/accounts assignments for various sectors
  • Prepare draft tax computations and supporting analysis
  • Plan audit assignments, including budgeting and analytical review
  • Lead and assist on audit assignments
  • Supervise, delegate, and review audit work
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Assist with ad-hoc project work
Qualifications:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified/part-qualified with at least 3 years of practice experience
  • Experience in the charity and Not-for-Profit sector or a desire to learn and become involved in this sector
Day-to-day:
  • Multitask and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines
  • Lead and assist on audits
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Utilize various bookkeeping software
