Are you an experienced ENT Specialist Registrar (ENT SPR) seeking a new challenge? Our client, a market-leading and forward-thinking community healthcare services provider, is currently recruiting for an ENT Specialist Registrar to join their dynamic team in Swindon. The provider is dedicated to supporting both primary and secondary care services, ensuring the seamless delivery of Dermatology, ENT, and Audiology services to patients referred from GP services and NHS Trusts.

Key Responsibilities (Medical and Nursing):

  • Clinical Care: Provide high-quality clinical care to adult patients within the community Ear Nose and Throat service, including the treatment of epistaxis, balance assessment, clearance of the external auditory canal, and performing nasopharyngoscopy and laryngoscopy for both new and follow-up patients.
  • Patient Management: Consult, diagnose, and treat patients in a professional and effective manner, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a cohesive team, supporting the administration team to deliver a safe and efficient clinical service.
  • Audit Participation: Participate in clinical audits to ensure continuous improvement in patient care.
  • Meetings: Attend and actively contribute to team and other relevant meetings, participating in shared decision-making processes.
