Are you a proactive and forward-thinking leader ready to steer a new purpose-built service? As a Registered Manager for supported living and residential services for adults with learning disabilities, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by delivering safe and positive environments. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
Successful candidate will:
1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the supported living and residential services.
2. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and strive for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
3. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
4. Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
6. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the service.
