Red Recruitment is recruiting a Registered Manager in Swindon to join a certified Great Place to Work organisation. This role will involve working with colleagues in the senior management team and being accountable for the day-to-day operational management of the service.
The salary for this position is 45,000 - 50,000 and is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- Understanding and using in practice HR policies, and procedures
- Providing strong leadership to the team aligned with the company care values
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to support their personal and professional growth
- Demonstrating knowledge of current standards and regulations of the wider health and social care sector that apply to the service
- Working with the General Manager and networking within local brands to build relationships
Key Skills and Experience of a Registered Manager:
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care is required (additional higher qualifications are desirable)
- A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Registered Manager is required
- Strong time management and organisational skills are required
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Experience working with local authorities, families, conducting supervisions, inductions of new staff and training would all be beneficial for this role
