The client is a leading Groundworks, Civil Engineering, and Demolition contractor.  Based in Swindon within a 50-mile radius. They are now looking for an Estimator to join the team.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimator at Conlon Ltd. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring that projects meet budget constraints.

For this role whilst Groundworks experience would help the client is keen to talk to candidates with good experience of Estimating, taking off, bills of quantities and measuring/

Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Budgeting skills

Experience in collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in estimating software/tools

Ability to work independently and in a team

Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management.
