- Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

- Hours: 9-5pm, 12-8pm, or 11-7pm (5-day working week, 3 out of 4 weekends, on a rota basis)
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong drive and confidence in sales or looking to start a career in sales.
You will be part of a dynamic team, handling 50-100 calls daily on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the opportunity to sell 4-6 holidays per day.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their holiday needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information and advice on various cruise packages and destinations.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling where possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimise sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
