Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their holiday needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information and advice on various cruise packages and destinations.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling where possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to optimise sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
