We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to join our clients team. The main purpose of this role is to support their field sales team by scheduling appointments and managing their diaries to ensure they have a consistent number of prearranged meetings to attend. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities and requires a dedicated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Generate appointments for the Business Development Managers (BDMs) through outbound calls, aiming for at least 80 calls per day.
  • Call campaign and BDM prospect data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Gather comprehensive information relating to potential new business, updating CRM and BDMs’ calendars accordingly.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets while maintaining accurate and timely records of prospects’ details.
  • Update and maintain all internal systems with high attention to detail.
  • Liaise with BDMs and the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Promote company products and services, highlighting benefits to potential customers.
  • Stay informed about upcoming projects/campaigns and contracts.
  • Monitor and record competitors’ services and pricing structures to stay ahead in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and set appointments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple diaries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and updating internal databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and management.
