As a Senior Estimator, you will play an integral role in the company's operations, contributing significantly towards its success. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting detailed cost analyses and estimation activities. You will also be required to prepare precise financial estimates for projects, engage with stakeholders across various departments and lead estimation strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency through strategic assessment.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent analytical skills to assess financial documents accurately. Strong communication skills are crucial as you will be interacting with different teams and clients, effectively explaining your estimations. Possessing negotiation abilities is also essential, enabling successful coordination between vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding costs.
Additional Details:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estimating and a thorough understanding of the construction industry. You will be highly motivated, proactive, and have the ability to work well under pressure. You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently and in a team environment. A degree in construction management or quantity surveying is desirable, but not essential.
