Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons to maintain the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher as a Supply Teacher
Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students
Offer support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting, ideally across multiple key stages
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and parents
