Harris Hill is urgently seeking an Individual Giving Executive for 3 months, starting ASAP for a charity in Swindon.

 

This role is hybrid based with 2dpw in the office, however they may be flexible for the right person.

 

The Individual Giving Executive will play a crucial role in the fundraising team, responsible for delivering multi-channel fundraising appeals and campaigns, managing the raffle and lottery programs, and driving individual giving initiatives to support the mission of the charity.

 

Key Accountabilities and areas of responsibility

  • Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising appeals and campaigns to engage and inspire individual donors
  • Manage the end-to-end process for the seasonal direct mail campaigns
  • Manage and grow the raffle and lottery programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Work with the Director of Income Generation and other colleagues to develop and deliver, and grow our regular giving acquisition and retention programme
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team , as well as external agencies and freelancers, to create compelling fundraising materials and communications, including direct mail, email, and social media content
  • Analyse and report on the performance of fundraising activities, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Work with the database manager to ensure we are making the most of our database of warm supporters, regularly testing and analysing results to ensure best possible ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, providing excellent stewardship and recognition.
  • Collaborate with the wider fundraising team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to fundraising.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for individual giving activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
  • Stay up to date with fundraising trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the fundraising efforts.
