We are looking for a recruitment and resource assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our Recruiter in the administration of our recruitment process and candidate management. In addition you will be providing ad-hoc support to the scheduling team in the administration of the rota system.

This role requires excellent communication and organisationl skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team in dealing with planned and unplanned rota changes and re-allocation of resources
  • Screen CV applications and issue recruitment documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiter
  • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date of candidate contacts on CRM.
  • Post advertisements on line
  • Post and engage with recruitment content on all social media channels
  • Provide regular updates to the recruiter
  • Ensure that all of the recruitment administration processes are carried out in a timely manner
  • Provide support to the recruitment team in all areas of the recruitment process.

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 1 years experience of working in a busy administrative role within recruitment or HR setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively, multi-task and prioritise their own workload effectively.
  • Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
  • Flexible, adaptable and has a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office and office-based software
