We seek a well-networked, commercially savvy leader from the recruitment industry.

As a Regional Recruitment Manager, you will lead multiple teams of expert recruiters, each specialising in a specific market. Your mission is to ensure peak performance from your teams, whether through direct management or via other managers. You'll lead from the front, forging and nurturing key client relationships to benefit your team. Collaborate with your team to identify and seize opportunities, expanding our recruitment specialisms across Swindon, Cirencester and Wiltshire.

  • Division Management: Oversee your division with full P&L control.

  • Sales Strategy: Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs to drive growth.

  • Networking: Win new clients and maintain existing relationships.

  • Team Development: Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of growth.

  • Income Management: Enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams.

  • Deputise: Step in for the Regional Director when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 360/Full Recruitment Cycle: Proven experience in 360 agency/external recruitment and management.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Commercial Awareness: Excellent business acumen and understanding of the recruitment market.

  • Targets and KPIs: Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

  • Coach & Develop: Demonstrated ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential.

  • Client Relationships: Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective management and communication.
