HR Consultant (Temporary- 4-6 weeks)Full or Part-Time considered: 22.5 - 37.5 hours a week neededLocation: South Marston, Swindon (office-based)Rate: c£20-23/hour.Our Reference: ADW00582** Urgent Temporary Opportunity **Are you available immediately and able to assist our fab client?We urgently seek an experienced HR generalist to support a short-term engagement (c4-6 weeks, possibly longer), managing a combination of generalist HR and recruitment duties.Specifically:
- Coordinate and manage disciplinary / absence meetings, ensuring company policies are followed.
- Provide generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business.
- Support recruitment processes, including CV sifting, screening, interviews, scheduling line manager interviews, processing offers and providing feedback.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered too, and systems are updated throughout all processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Generalist Advisor / Consultant / Manager role.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
