We are looking for a HR Officer to join the team of an established organisation in the Swindon area on an interim basis. This role is offering a chance to expand your HR experience and directly impact the organisations HR processes and strategies, advising managers as required.

As a HR Officer, your main duties are:
- To provide HR support and assistance to the HR Operations team and give advice and guidance to
managers and staff - Responsible for screening all vacancies, identifying potential redeployment opportunities for
employees on the redeployment register and assist in matching them to suitable alternative jobs - Ensures senior stakeholders receive insight from their people data (e.g. sickness
reporting, grievance numbers etc.) - To contribute to the overall development of the HR team including HR policy development and
projects.
To be successful as a HR Officer, you will need:
- Previous HR experience
- CIPD Qualification
- Experience advising stakeholders on HR processes
