Role Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Digital Developer to spearhead the implementation of a cutting-edge travel website based on a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), headless CMS, cloud technologies, and integration with both first-party and third-party systems. They will be aware of industry trends in the AI space and how they can be deployed within the Imagine Cruising eco-system for commercial gain and efficiency.
As a Lead Digital Developer, you will be responsible for driving the technical implementation of our new Martech ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across various digital channels and markets. This role includes management responsibilities and reports directly to the Head of Digital Product.
Skills
- Proven track record of leading complex web development projects across multiple digital channels.
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and personalization engines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with data-driven marketing and customer-centric design principles.
