Excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer with a strong experience of Windows and Azure programs to join a well-established business offering a technically fascinating position, a great package, and a very collaborative and welcoming team environment!

In this role you will provide support to this company's customers via calls and emails. You'll work with a lot of non-technical users to hep understand issues and resolve them with fixes, but often through coaching end users through fixes. You'll predominantly provide support across a windows-based tech stack. You'll work on a shift pattern of 1 week on each of the following: 7:30am-3:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, and then 9:30am-6pm. This is a fully on-site position with no home working.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer with excellent communication skills. Candidates must be familiar with Windows 10 and 11, Intune, Defender, O365, Azure, VMware, Active Directory, and Routing/Switching/WAN/LAN. Candidates must be based within a commutable radius of Swindon.

*Working with a ticketing system
*Shifts: 7:30am-3:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, and 9:30am-6pm (one week on each)

*Windows 10 and 11, Intune, Defender, and O365 Experience
*Azure cloud and VMware on-prem support
*Routing/Switching/WAN/LAN experience
