About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll be at the core of delivering transformative projects across various infrastructure sectors. You will manage every stage of the project lifecycle, from bid stage to delivery, ensuring controlled change that enriches lives and helps clients achieve their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to build long-term relationships with world-class clients and make a real difference.With long-term contracts in place across sectors like transport, energy, defense, and utilities, their presence is expanding rapidly.Due to continued growth and success, together, we are seeking experienced Project Managers with expertise in NEC3 and NEC4 contracts to help us deliver client projects to the highest standard.

Your Purpose

  • Deliver high-quality project and programme management standards across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on project costs, programmes, risks, and issues.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
  • Manage communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce monthly project reports, including risk registers and project programmes.
  • Develop and execute delivery plans, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Constantly challenge the status quo, driving performance improvement in dynamic environments.

What You Bring

  • A Project Management qualification or progress towards one with APM, RICS, or similar.
  • Significant experience with infrastructure projects and/or programme management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A solid understanding of best practice Project Management techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with the NEC suite of contracts; NEC Accreditation is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with diverse personalities across our client base.
