The M365 Analyst will be a key member of the M365 team, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint solutions to automate business processes and support critical internal projects.

This role involves working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy robust and user-friendly solutions.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Extensive experience in SharePoint Online configuration and management.
  • Experience in integrating Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Experience documenting requirements.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint components (Search, Site Content Hub, Managed Metadata, Power Automate flows, Tasks, Document Libraries).
  • Proficiency in developing complex, rich user experience Power Apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Power Apps and SharePoint-based solutions to support critical internal projects.
  • Design and implement complex, rich user experience Power Apps.
  • Create and manage Power Automate flows for process automation.
  • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish and document clear, SMART objectives and detailed requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Configure SharePoint components, including Search, Site Content Hub, Managed Metadata, Tasks, and Document Libraries.
  • Manage SharePoint Online environments and ensure proper governance.
  • Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Deploy solutions following industry-standard development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
