- Act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk team.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently while providing exceptional support.
- Review and approve system configurations.
- Upskill junior team members and share best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the Problem Manager to proactively prevent issues.
- Strong experience in IT support with a focus on ticket management.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Can read and write a basic level SQL and Java Code.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
