Duties of the Team Leader:

In this position you will be responsible for your team, to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are being met accordantly. You will be working closely with other team members to support the Unit Manager to help the day to day running of warehouse.
  • Ensuring that all KPIs and SLAs on your accounts are being met at all times.
  • To ensure that all team members are achieving their targets.

  • To ensure that any product checks within the warehouse are complete in a timely manner.

  • To liaise with relevant departments regarding challenges with quality and KPIs.

  • Communication to your team is clear, concise and delivers maximum output while not compromising safety or quality.

  • To ensure that all HR forms are to be complete for your direct reports.

  • To ensure that staff are working to account specific KPI targets.

  • Responsible for making sure that Kronos is being updated daily and is correct.

  • Responsible for making sure that main attendance is being updated daily and is correct.

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Account Managers and Unit Managers.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all RF Guns and other picking equipment is available for staff.

  • Any 5 out of 7
  • Will involve 1 full weekend in the month working
  • Either 06.00 - 14.00 OR 14.00 - 22.00 fixed shifts
  • Pay up to £27,300 Per Annum
