Job Title: Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: Swindon
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: 55,000 - 70,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters, including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, and shareholder disputes.
- Conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and providing accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Representing clients in mediation, negotiation, and court proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected throughout the dispute resolution process.
- Collaborating with other members of the team to develop innovative and strategic approaches to dispute resolution.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of UK commercial law, civil procedure rules, and relevant case precedents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex commercial dispute resolution cases.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and opposing parties.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.
- Specialisation in specific industry sectors, such as construction disputes or intellectual property disputes.
- Experience in international commercial litigation.
