What you will be doing
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your role will involve:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters.
- Advising clients on development projects, property finance, and planning issues.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Providing strategic legal advice to businesses, investors, and developers on all aspects of commercial property.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
What you will bring

- Solid experience in commercial property law with proven competence.
