What you will be doing

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your role will involve:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters.
  • Advising clients on development projects, property finance, and planning issues.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to businesses, investors, and developers on all aspects of commercial property.
