Our client, a reputable regional law practice, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis. This temporary role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute their expertise in non-contentious employment law matters.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's busy employment law department, focusing primarily on providing settlement agreement advice to employees. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact by delivering high-quality legal services to clients during a 2-3 month period.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on non-contentious employment law matters

  • Draft, review, and negotiate settlement agreements for employees

  • Collaborate with the team to deliver timely legal solutions

  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with 2+ PQE in employment law
