  • Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage challenging situations and influence decisions at the executive level while fostering an inclusive culture.
  • The salary for this position is competitive, and the role offers a substantial pension scheme of up to 10% of the basic salary, among other benefits.
  • Candidates should have at least several years of relevant experience in project management, demonstrating a flexible and problem-solving mindset.
Who we're looking for

Grade 4. 

We’d love to hear from you if you're:

  • able to demonstrate extensive experience of successfully delivering complex end to end project/programme management, including defining resources, leading £multi-million procurement, securing project teams and matrix management across multiple projects/programmes
  • an expert with up to date technical knowledge and skills preferably as a Chartered Project Professional (or at a minimum by holding an APM PPQ/PMQ/MSP qualification)
  • experienced in mentoring others in the profession, and be able to show evidence of ongoing CPD in your career to datean excellent communicator, skilled at managing complex and challenging situations with competing interests and a diverse range of peopleyou’re a flexible thinker and problem-solver, skilled at negotiating and building productive networks, and confident in using your expertise to influence decisions up to Executive level
  • an excellent communicator, skilled at managing complex and challenging situations with competing interests and a diverse range of people
  • a leader for inclusion, who finds ways to create an inclusive culture
  • One project specific criteria

Grade 5.

We’d love to hear from you if you're:

  • able to demonstrate experience of successfully delivering complex end to end project/programme management, including defining resources, leading procurement securing project teams and matrix management across multiple projects/programmes
  • a Professional with technical knowledge and skills in project management demonstrated by a recognised project (AMP PMQ/Prince) or programme management (MSP) qualification
  • able to evidence ongoing CPD in your career to date
  • you're a flexible thinker and problem-solver, skilled at negotiating and building productive networks, and confident in using your expertise to influence decisions with senior leaders
  • a skilled communicator, with experience of managing complex and challenging situations with competing interests and a diverse range of people
  • a leader for inclusion, who finds ways to create an inclusive culture
  • One specific project criteria
