- Manage and organise emails and extensive paperwork efficiently.
- Utilise Microsoft Office products to format documents and manage basic spreadsheets with formulas.
- Handle dictation for longer letters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with the management of invoices, including sending out invoices and handling basic client inquiries regarding billing.
- Support the legal team by preparing legal documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Proven administrative experience, particularly within a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with dictation and transcription is essential.
- Experience in handling invoices and basic billing inquiries is desirable.
