A national client has a temporary requirement for a Project Coordinator to join them until next year.

Location: remote

Rate: £12.93/hr

Part time - Wednesday and Thursday only. 

Hours: 7.2/day

Duration:  until March 2025

What will I be doing?

Working as part of the Programmes Department you will be working closely with project managers at all levels to provide administrative support.

  • Maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules on behalf of project managers.
  • Provide support for Project manager to monitor project timetables and resourcing.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure good document control.
  • Create project status reports, compile project data and generate ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Provide support for business team including organising and supporting meetings and workshops, preparing papers and coordinating answers.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in administration, ideally from a project environment.

  • Experience of project support work and taking meeting minutes
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft applications)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability in picking up new areas of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team player but can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work on own initiative and self-motivate
