Sonic Summary

18 Rec is seeking an experienced Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Project Manager for a Social Housing Retrofit Project.
Candidates must have experience working as a Main Contractor and managing trades in live site environments.
Required certifications include a current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
An ONC/HNC or level 6 NVQ in a construction-related subject is preferred, though experienced trade routes will also be considered.
The role offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have a proven track record with longevity in previous positions.

18 Rec are sourcing an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to assist on a Social Housing Retrofit Project.

What you will need:

Experience in a similar role, working as a Main Contractor, managing trades and the supply chain on live site environments.
Current in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Ideally an ONC / HNC or level 6 NVQ in a construction related subject, experienced trade route will also be considered.
Longevity with previous employers and a good understanding of retrofit projects
