This globally recognised provider of luxury leisure pursuits is seeking an Administration Supervisor, who will be responsible for the supervision of a high-performing administration team. Based in Wiltshire, this role is 100% office-based working Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of up to £35,000 plus a range of attractive benefits. There are 3 key elements to the position:1. Leading and managing the administration team in maintaining high standards of accuracy, meeting deadlines, and working in collaboration across various departments which collectively guarantees successful new customer product delivery. You will act as the primary point of escalation for any issues, driving through process improvements, and ensuring the smooth handover of products from the development stage to customer sale. Responsible for training and mentoring the Administration team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback to ensure individual and team goals are achieved.2. Improvement and Enhancement:Working with the development design team you will supervise the accurate creation, updating, and maintenance of product documentation across the team. This will involve extensive interaction with the senior leadership team, the marketing and sales teams, and finance, ensuring that all products are delivered to the customer base at the right time and at the right price. Ensuring the Global Planner and Product Pipeline are consistently up-to-date and reflect accurate status and progress is key to the success of this role.3. Operational Coordination:As Administration Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve, and monitoring the handover process to ensure that products meet the relevant quality standards and target launch deadlines. You will communicate with cross-functional teams to find solutions, leading regular status meetings to deliver clear communication and alignment.Due to the high level of accuracy and attention to detail, you will be able to share your knowledge of product documentation and lifecycle management. There is a need to have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyse and present data effectively.
