Part Time Office Manager

Swindon - Office based

Temporary - Permanent

Monday - Thursday - 9.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Thursday

Friday - 9.00am -2 .00pm on a Friday

The hourly rate is £15.00

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Office Manager to join our client based in Swindon.

The person appointed will:

  • Be well organised, thorough, and accurate
  • Be able to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Be prepared to work flexibly within the office environment
  • Be prepared to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and engage fully with all members of the company

Essential Skills:

  • Mandatory experience with Sage
  • Manufacturing and administrative background
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable

Role Responsibilities:

  • As Office Manager you are responsible for the day to day running of the office
  • Sales ledger duties including responsibility of accounts receivable on Sage
  • Provide full administration and support to the business
  • Processing orders and liaising with customers
  • Planning the production for the shopfloor
  • Overseeing the progress of the manufactured goods on shop floor in preparation for dispatch
  • Booking the couriers for customer deliveries
