Monday - Thursday - 9.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Thursday
Friday - 9.00am -2 .00pm on a Friday
The hourly rate is £15.00
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Office Manager to join our client based in Swindon.
The person appointed will:
- Be well organised, thorough, and accurate
- Be able to work independently but also as part of a team
- Be prepared to work flexibly within the office environment
- Be prepared to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and engage fully with all members of the company
Essential Skills:
- Mandatory experience with Sage
- Manufacturing and administrative background
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
Role Responsibilities:
- As Office Manager you are responsible for the day to day running of the office
- Sales ledger duties including responsibility of accounts receivable on Sage
- Provide full administration and support to the business
- Processing orders and liaising with customers
- Planning the production for the shopfloor
- Overseeing the progress of the manufactured goods on shop floor in preparation for dispatch
- Booking the couriers for customer deliveries
