Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in PAYE and payroll processes (including RTI and auto enrolment)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent soft skills and customer service skills
  • Good understanding of tax and National Insurance calculations
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to other departments on client payroll and PAYE matters
  • Manage and process your own portfolio of payrolls
  • Maintain accurate and concise record systems
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries
  • Manage internal relationships and handle third-party queries (e.g., HMRC)
