BRC and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated BRC and Compliance Coordinator to l to help and oversee the business in attaining and maintaining BRC.

This role requires excellent people skills, alongside a strong understanding of logistics and distribution operations.

Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the purpose of the role is to ensure complete compliance to all quality standards including ISO & BRC

Duties will include:

• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
• Work with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is undertaken to facilitate continuous improvement projects and ways of working.
• Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken as well as assisting in the closure of audit non-conformance's within the required timescales.
• Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.
• Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site.

Profile

A successful BRC and Compliance Coordinator should have:

• Exposure with BRC Process and Audits
• Proven Logistics Distribution and Supply chain Exposure
• A solid understanding of logistics and distribution processes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to handle pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Commutable to Swindon Daily
• Monday to Friday role - Days
• System and IT Literate
