Elevate Projects is seeking an experienced Repairs Coordinator for a busy property services team in partnership with a not-for-profit affordable housing provider.
The role requires strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
Candidates should have experience in repairs scheduling, particularly with systems like Opti time DRS, to enhance their application.
This position is an ongoing temporary contract, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per year.
Applicants are expected to have relevant experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in property services.

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Repairs Coordinator to their busy property services team on an ongoing temporary contract.

This is a busy role , you must be good at multi-tasking, with excellent attention to detail, highly organised and able to prioritize workload. Experience of working in a repairs scheduling environment and system such as Opti time DRS would be make you stand out as a candidate.
