Role Overview
As the Commercial Account Manager you will drive profitable growth by developing new business and enhancing the existing portfolio. You will collaborate with the Commercial team and the Branch team to deliver innovative security solutions. Success in this role will be measured by customer retention, revenue growth and meeting our customers protective services requirements from our full range of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile to support them with delivering tailored security solutions.
Business Growth: Identifying new business opportunities aligned with your geographic area.
Profit & Loss Responsibility: Jointly manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
Innovation & Strategy: Work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions and drive business growth.

- P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting experience

- Demonstrable experience of consultative sales
- Experience in project costings and managing margins
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Strategic leadership skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving
Desirable:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of technical security products and services
