We are working with a specialist school that provides education and guidance to young people facing mental health challenges, helping them to find a compassionate individual to join their team as a Mental Health Recovery Worker.

  • 8:30 to 3:30

The school is based in Swindon and is dedicated to supporting young people from a diverse range of backgrounds and with varying needs. They are looking to welcome a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join in the new academic year to act as a role model to their students struggling with their mental health. Working as a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will be the students' first line of support during turbulent situations. The successful candidate will gain a valuable insight into how to help young people navigate unclear environments and negative headspaces. While collaborating with on-site educational psychologists, therapists and safeguarding officers, you will observe students to identify potential triggers and areas of improvement.
