A well-established housing provider is seeking a temporary ASB Officer for a 3-month remote position, ideally located in the North East, North West, or South West of the UK.
The role involves supporting the Resolution team with high-profile anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, requiring excellent knowledge and experience in ASB and some legal experience attending court hearings.
Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving ASB reports, managing a caseload, gathering evidence, and engaging with communities to create safer neighbourhoods.
The position offers an hourly rate of £24, with the possibility of negotiation.
Candidates should have relevant qualifications or experience in community safety, law enforcement, or a related field, along with the ability to provide support for victims and witnesses.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established Housing provider for a temporary ASB Officer for 3 months.

The full will be fully remote, based at home and ideal would be North East, North West or towards the South West.

As a specialist ASB Officer you will support the Resolution team and help assist with high profile ASB cases with Service development and resourcing needs addressed.

Key Responsibilities• Investigation and Resolution: Respond to reports of anti-social behaviour promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal housing and environmental health teams, as well as law enforcement, to find suitable solutions for each case.• Evidence Gathering: Manage a caseload, collect evidence, and maintain detailed records. Conduct surveillance and install surveillance equipment when necessary.• Community Engagement: Build relationships within communities through routine work and targeted engagement. Work collaboratively to address individual problems and create safer, more cohesive neighbourhoods.• Support for Victims and Witnesses: Provide intensive support to victims and witnesses. Attend court proceedings on behalf of the council when required.

You will need to have excellent knowledge and experience of Anti Social Behaviour and some legal experience of attending court hearings.Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or experience in community safety, law enforcement, or a related field

Hourly rate is £24 per hour Umbrella but able to negotiate
