About the Role
As a Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding Team, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes family support practitioners and adult specialist workers. These specialists focus on areas like domestic abuse, mental health, and substance misuse, enabling holistic support for families.
Our Family Safeguarding model involves:
- A strengths-based approach to interventions using a Family Programme with seven modules.
- Purposeful and transparent work with families.
- Monthly group supervision to support reflective practice.
- Collaborative work with partners to improve outcomes for children and families.
You'll be at the heart of our transformation, contributing to improving the safeguarding of our children, with all the support and training you need to succeed.
