This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to play a key role in delivering regulated supported housing services that transform lives.The RoleAs Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more supported housing services. You'll ensure the delivery of safe, engaging, and high-quality services that meet Ofsted standards, while leading and inspiring dedicated staff teams.This is a varied and rewarding role that blends people management, partnership working, service coordination, safeguarding leadership, and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support staff teams to drive engagement, motivation, and service excellence.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, education and training providers, employers, and health professionals to maximise opportunities for young people.
- Ensure individualised support plans and risk assessments are developed and delivered effectively.
- Oversee rent arrears processes, ensuring compliance with policy and financial procedures.
- Act as the Safeguarding Champion, overseeing complex cases and embedding best practice.
- Encourage a culture of positive engagement in education, training, employment, or community activities.
- Support customer voice and co-production across the service.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety requirements.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver integrated support packages.
- Ensure services are consistently Ofsted-ready and aligned with regulatory standards.
- Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours advice and support when needed.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience working in supported living or a similar setting, with a relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of support planning, safeguarding, and risk assessment.
- A solid understanding of the supported housing sector, including regulatory and funding frameworks.
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A values-driven and inclusive approach, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.
- IT proficiency and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
