Supply Chain Coordinator Location: SwindonHours: Mon- Fri / HybridSalary: £25.5kGrafton Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join one of our busy, growing and successful clients in the Swindon area. Sitting within a central function this role will be predominantly focussed on supply chain engagement and supply chain reporting, giving you a step in the door to a prolonged, success career within Supply Chain.As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:

  • Supporting with Supply Chain Reporting
  • Developing surveys, analysing data and preparing reports, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Communicating with suppliers to assist them registering on the business' Supplier Portal
  • Supporting in arranging meetings, workshops and engagement events required to support the supply chain engagement plan
  • Maintaining and updating master trackers
  • Supporting the development and implementation of a coordinated supply chain engagement plan, on topics such as social value, Sustainability, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Data management and data cleansing
  • Understanding and helping to maximise the value of their third-party partners, Achilles and the Supply Chain Sustainability School
  • Working with other members of the Procurement team collaborating across functions and various business units

As the Supply Chain Coordinator will have:

  • A Level or equivalent
  • Experience of coordinating events and projects
  • Knowledge of construction/sustainability/procurement training would be advantageous
  • Keen eye with attention to detail and ability to close out tasks
  • Time management skills
  • Demonstrable customer relationship skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
