We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to oversee repairs,damp, and complex repairs within our housing portfolio. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality housing standards, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre and post inspections of works to ensure quality and compliance.

Undertake damp surveys and provide recommendations for remediation.

Diagnose defects and identify necessary structural repairs

Oversee the delivery of works on-site, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in managing either responsive repairs or voids.

Proven track record as a surveying professional.

Strong defect diagnosis skills.
-
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
